Message Statistics
To track who opened your message, and how many times a message was opened, put the %tracker% token into the html message.
The tracker token will not work in text messages. The tracker token will also not work in any email reader that does not display images.
Link Tracking: create links for your messages that can be tracked.
In link tracking you enter information about a link you want to put in your email message, then you are given a special token to put into your message
that will create a trackable link. The token will be replaced with a special link that will track the click and then send them to the intended
web page.
Click on link tracking from the main menu to get the link tracking.
Step 1: Create a new link to track.
Enter the title, URL, optional class for CSS, and a description, then click the Add Link button. Your link will be displayed below with the special token to insert into your message to facilitate tracking.
You can edit the link information by clicking on the name of the link in the list.
Link Tracking Reports
In the main menu, clink on link reports to see how your links are doing.
