Mailing List Overview
This system supports unlimited number of completely customizable mailing lists. Click on the mailing lists header in the menu to display your mailing lists. Click on a name of a mailing list to bring it's properties page up.
The entries field tells you how many records the list has. It counts deleted records as well, so for an accurate number make sure the list is packed if it needs to be.
Under each mailing list is a series of links.
email addresses
This will display a screen where you can view, search, and modify email addresses.
export
this will export a CSV file of your mailing list that can be used in any database application such as Excel.
send message
This will open the delivery room where you will be able to select a message to send to the list.
custom messages
The custom messages main administration screen will open up.
sent logs
This link displays the main sent logs page for the current mailing list.
domain filters
You can filter out domains from signup or being sent messages using these utilities.
clone
This utility makes an exact duplicate of the mailing list.
get signup HTML
Displays the HTML for a simple signup form.
export
this will export a CSV file of your mailing list that can be used in any database application such as Excel.
pack
Pack the mailing list. Removes deleted records and updates the total number of records in the list.
clear list
This will completely clear the mailing list of email address records.
delete list
This will completely remove the list from the system.
