I would gladly pay for this option!

Basically we need a way to build a list of emails that no matter what, the system will not send them an email.  We use our ecommerce database to build lists for certain product alerts and notices.  There are a small number of people who don't want anything from us via email.  So I'd like to build a permanent DNM list in Scotmail that would help with the task.

If you have the time let me know what that would take to build.

Drew, so sorry for the delayed response!  This is a great idea and it's been on the to do list for the next update for quite a while.  It will be in the next update, whenever that is. I'm working a little bit on it each, but there are a lot of additions including a brand new UI that will speed up productivity quite a bit.
