I have set a number of email addresses to be deleted. When I pack the list, I get a runtime error, and the deleted emails are not removed.

Runtime error in ../scotmail.mvc @ [00000005:0000000a]: c:MivaMiahtmlscotmail315scotmail.mv: Line 746: MvPACK: Index 'f9cfbb4455_email.mvx00000001' was created with the UNIQUE flag and the key 'emailaddress@verizon.net' already exists in the index file

Hi,

Probably an old import problem. You'll have to do the deluxe mailing list cleaning to fix it.

So, in Scot's Mailing list, click on the Scot's Mailing List News link and then go down to the second from the bottom item where it talks about blank delivery room screens. Click on that link and follow the five or steps it takes to fix the mailing list- the problem will go away.

Make sure you're updated to version 3.33d also (download top center of the home page here)
